Kohler associates at the Sheridan, Arkansas facility pack the first order of KOHLER Clarity, destined for Haiti and Honduras. One thousand filters were shipped to Water Mission, a humanitarian organization that will distribute the filters to families without access to safe drinking water.
Operation Blessing Clarity
After catastrophic flooding left much of Louisiana without safe drinking water, 480 Clarity filters were donated to flood victims through Kohler's partnership with Operation Blessing International, a humanitarian organization which provides disaster relief, medical aid, clean water and community development.
Commit to Six
Kohler brought ‘More Bass and Less Waste’ to the 700-Acre Bonnaroo Music Festival in 2016 by inviting attendees and the public to commit reducing shower time by just two minutes and reducing water usage by 25 percent. For every #CommittoSix pledge Kohler, in partnership with the Bonnaroo Works Fund, donated $1 to the Nature Conservancy.
Established in 1872 as the world's first National Park, Yellowstone continues to be the leader in sustainability, managing operations and adapting facilities in a sustainable manner to preserve history and resources for this and future generations. Kohler was invited to participate in the "Greening Yellowstone Symposium" in October 2011, during which long-term goals and objectives for Yellowstone's strategic plan were developed.
