Davor Grgic
CIO and Vice President – Sustainability

Davor Grgic is CIO and VP – Sustainability. His role encompasses global accountability for sustainability strategy development and implementation for all of Kohler Co.’s Kitchen & Bath, Power, Interiors and Hospitality businesses. In his position, he also oversees Kohler Co.’s IT function, including operations, development and execution of IT strategy to support the company’s businesses globally.

Over the course of 30+ years at Kohler Co., Davor Grgic has held a series of management positions involving executive responsibilities in IT, process improvement/reengineering, environmental health and safety, corporate supply chain and procurement as well as construction and facilities management.  He also served on the US Green Building Council (USGBC) Board and other governance functions.

Davor is a 1980 graduate of University of Wisconsin - Madison, with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.  Additionally, he is a 1982 graduate of University of Minnesota - Minneapolis, having earned a master’s degree in business administration. He reports to David Kohler, President and Chief Executive Officer.
