Elizabeth Brady serves as Senior Vice President-Global Brand Management. She is charged with leading the global communications for Kitchen & Bath, Power, Hospitality & Golf and Furniture & Decorative Products.

Under Elizabeth’s direction the Kohler communications team has executed such successful endeavors as the launch of the “Never Too” national advertising campaign and Kohler’s sponsorship of the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival shower sponsorship. Kohler’s partnership with Bonnaroo marked a new era of social engagement between the brand and millennials. Over 200 pieces of social content were created for a total of 380,000 social engagements. This interaction translated to a 328 percent increase in sales.

Before joining the Kohler team, Elizabeth was Executive Vice President-General Manager of Publicis in New York City. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has proven herself a leader in innovative retail marketing; driving brand strategies and creative solutions for some of the most talked about brands. One of her most notable successes was her involvement in the development of the longstanding “I’m lovin’ it” campaign for McDonald’s, which reinvigorated an historic American brand.

 Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a master’s degree in business administration.
