Steven J. Cassady is Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations Support for Kohler Co. In this role, Steve manages several company-wide functions including: Real Estate and Facilities Management, Kohler Operating System, Global Procurement, Transportation and Logistics, Energy Management and Aviation/Business Travel.

Steve originally joined Kohler in 2003 but spent 2010 and 2011 at Archer Daniels Midland as Vice President, Procurement. He rejoined the Kohler team in February 2012 in his current role.

Steve began his career with Lucent Technologies, focusing on several areas of operational management, including project/process engineering, international product line management, global manufacturing planning, purchasing and supply chain management.

Steve received a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois, a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University. He also holds a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) distinction and is a co-author of a U.S. patent for flame retardant coaxial cable.
