Kohler is proud to be involved in STEM – a movement that encourages individuals across the world to participate in science, technology, engineering and mathematics careers by exposing them to real-world experiences.
Kohler partnered with other local manufacturers to bring multi-million dollar advanced technology centers to two Wisconsin high schools. The centers house state-of-the-art manufacturing and engineering equipment to provide hands-on training to students.
Kohler also hosts twice annual STEM tours of its Wisconsin manufacturing operations for local middle-school students, sponsors the Lego Robotics program, and employs high-school youth apprentices in numerous skilled trade and technical areas.

QUARTER CENTURY CLUB
Loyalty is more than a luxury. It’s the lifeblood of our legacy. Way back in 1924, Kohler Co. formed the Quarter Century Club, one of the first in American industry, to honor employees with 25 years of service. In total, nearly 9,500 members have become a part of the club, one the oldest and largest of its kind in the United States.

• KSMS requires a commitment to a safe and healthy work environment through the engagement of ALL associates. Innovations in safety and recommendations by our associates are used to identify and control potential risks before an injury occurs.
• Measurement performance toward KSMS implementation provides a benchmark by which we establish goals for continued risk reduction, injury prevention and other proactive safety efforts.
